Hire painters you can trustWith a satisfaction guarantee

We are the team that coordinates your project from start to finish. You describe what you want painted in our form (it takes less than 2 minutes) and immediately receive three quote options tailored to your project. Then, our sales team contacts you to confirm the details and help you choose the best option. You choose a plan, pay 50% to reserve the date, we select the most suitable painter for your project and support you through to completion. The painter only receives payment once the project is finished.

Yes, completely. There is no cost and no commitment. You can request a quote, compare at your leisure, and only decide if it makes sense for you. If you decide not to go ahead, that is fine. We are here whenever you need us.

You will receive three personalized plans (Essential, Recommended, and Premium) tailored specifically for your home. We do not send twenty identical proposals or share your contact with dozens of painters. Our team selects the right painters for your case and prepares three clear options, side by side, so you can choose calmly.

Every painter in our network goes through a verification process before taking on their first project: identity confirmation, an active tax number, documents and insurance up to date, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and validation of portfolio and references. After every job they are rated by clients and only stay in the network if they keep up our standards. And if anything does not go as expected during your project, our team resolves the situation and, if needed, switches painter at no cost to you.

You will receive 3 quotes immediately after filling out our form. Our sales team will contact you within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm) to confirm your project details. Outside these hours, you will receive confirmation at the start of the next business day.

The partner painter assigned to your project carries out the work. We are the team that coordinates everything: we review your case, choose the right painters, and remain your point of contact if anything unexpected happens. We follow the project and help with communication whenever needed. The painters are professionals we have already vetted.

On our plans with materials included (the most popular option), the painter brings all paint and materials. You do not need to buy anything or pick anything up. If you prefer to supply your own paint (for example, a specific color from a brand you already use), you can. We will talk with you before going ahead to choose what makes most sense for your case.

You pay 50% to reserve your project date and the other 50% only after the work is complete and approved by you. Payment is processed by Stripe with bank-grade encryption. Funds are held in escrow (a secure account) and the painter only receives the final amount after your approval. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your project starts.

We stay with you until you are satisfied. After you make your reservation, one project manager is assigned to follow your project. If anything unexpected happens with your assigned painter, they will be replaced at no cost to you. On all our jobs, the painter only receives payment after you confirm the work is complete to your satisfaction.
