Yes. All partner painters go through a verification process before joining our network: ID documents, active tax ID, a minimum of 3 years of experience, portfolio and reference validation. After their first job, each painter is rated and only stays in our network if they maintain our standards. If anything unexpected happens during your project, we handle it quickly and, if needed, replace the painter at no extra cost to you.

You will receive 3 quotes immediately after filling out our form. Our sales team will contact you within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm) to confirm your project details. Outside these hours, you will receive confirmation at the start of the next business day.

The partner painter assigned to your project carries out the work. We are the team that coordinates everything: we review your case, choose the right painters, and remain your point of contact if anything unexpected happens. Think of us as your project manager. The painters are professionals we have already vetted.

On our plans with materials included (the most popular option), the painter brings all paint and materials. You do not need to buy anything or pick anything up. If you prefer to supply your own paint (for example, a specific color from a brand you already use), you can. We will talk with you before going ahead to choose what makes most sense for your case.

You pay 50% to reserve your project date and the other 50% only after the work is complete and approved by you. Payment is processed by Stripe with bank-grade encryption. Funds are held in escrow (a secure account) and the painter only receives the final amount after your approval. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your project starts.

We stay with you until you are satisfied. After you make your reservation, one project manager is assigned to follow your project. If anything unexpected happens with your assigned painter, they will be replaced at no cost to you. On all our jobs, the painter only receives payment after you confirm the work is complete to your satisfaction.
